    rotel 1098 prices

    8O can you please tell me where in (PA) MADD, i can purchase rsp 1098 for 2350
    i live in new york and can't find it for less than 3000 .
    i will drive to the retailers location to pick this up.
    i am thrilled with the prospect of saving some $$$

          Hey thanks for ans my posting.I did see that other posting a few days ago
          thats what prommted me to make a posting myself to see if someone could provide some leads. The dealers are very closed lipped about priceing over the phone and would rather heve you drive to their shops before they talk price.thats ok if you live near a dealer but i'm miles away from them. It's a sad situation for guys like me,when trying to get the best price for a componet to have to deal with this sort of thing.
          But i also understand the reson why they want you there, so they can assist you with the product.I my case i don't need assistance unless the unit is malfunctioning.
          I think is would be an excellent up grade to my system and would like to take the plunge.But this could be a situation where i may look at another brand in the same price range thats more accessible.

              I am a happy RSP-1068 owner. When I purchased it, I wanted the RSP-1098 but could not afford it. I now have the opportunity to upgrade for a reasonable premium. Aside from the TFT and perhaps some additional ins/outs, is there any sonic difference between the two?

              I'm having a video problem with the RSP1098. I'm trying to figure out whether there is something wrong with the 1098, some incompatibility with my plasma monitor, or some bad mojo in my house. All ideas or experience with similar set-ups would be greatly appreciated.

              After reading all the posts and pics finally took the plunge and bought the RSP-1098. It is a dream machine - beautiful look, beautiful sound, beautiful LCD.

              However I noticed a serious video glitch I don't know if anyone else have noticed....
