A rare Rotel 993 on Ebay

I looked at it cause I'd like to get one, but not sure wallet will afford such a thing at this time.

Sounds good, but I'd be very cautious in that the seller has no feedback information and will only accept money orders or cashier checks. Also, I'd check into how much usage it had been through as, I think, it was out like 5 years ago. If I could confirm that it was low mileage and the sale was legit, it might be tempting for someone who wanted a 200 watt/channel X's 3. Good find though. :T

Interestingly, there is a Rotel receiver that is at $1.25 cents with 3 days left. No information other than to say it is "vintage". Gee, for a buck and a quarter, someone living near San Jose interested in collecting Rotel gear might just bite on this and arrange to pick it up directly from the seller. That's less than the price of a Big Mac.

And, if someone really jumps on it, there is a VERY COOL looking Rotel belt drive turntable, looks like it is a wood veneer with with Grado cartride for like $56 with a half hour to go.
