    Component Video Question

I have one of the 1st 1066's without wider band component video inputs.
If all I need to do for now is hook up 480p DVD player, the lack of higher bandwidth should not be an issue?? The higher bandwidth is needed for only High definition sources??? ( I have 2 component video inputs on TV, so one could be monitor out from 1066 and other one reserved for high def source.
So there wouldn't be any degradation of my DVD by running through 1066?? Thanks, Paul

Correct, the 10MHz video bandwidth on the first batch of 1066's is sufficient for 480p.
