Integra vs. Denon at the same price point

A friend of mine is buying an A/V system from a dealer and they are recommending the Dtr6.3 (Is that an older version of the 6.4?) over the newer Denon 3805. What do you think - is that the way to go? The Denon retail is USD $1,200 versus $1,000 for the Integra so price is not a factor. I assume the Integra has a better build, higher quality components and has a better warranty so I am not sure why its $200 cheaper. Please advise if the 6.3 is clearly the way to go.
