My remote recently stopped functioning, no communication with the receiver whatsoever. I emailed HK tech support and they recommended that I reset it because of a glitch. I did reset it but when programming it back to control the receiver, it would not send any code to turn the rec'vr. on or off. I am following the manual step by step but to no avail. Am I pushing the wrong buttons? Any local owners around the Walnut/W.Covina/Diamond Bar area(California)...probably you can help me set it up again. Also, I have not updated the firmware since I bought it...would that also be the source of the problem. Keep in mind that it was working well for the past 6 months that I have owned it.
