I recently had my AVR 507 S2 installed and my cable's digital stations signal had a tendency to lose contact with the receiver. The receiver would then attempt to find an analog signal and I would lose sound and sometime the picture for a few seconds. This would happen 10 to 20 time during a typical movie. Very annoying! We adjusted the digital sticky control from 2.5 to 3.5. It continued to occur, although less frequently and I adjusted it again to 4.0. I was advised not to go above 4.0 but not told why. If it continues to occur, why shouldn't be adjusted higher?

i got a hardon karmon avr 507 is works but the sb/multi right channel theres no sound however if i turn the volume up full i can just hear the music and its distorted?
