Wanted (I think) C2, A51. HELP PLEASE

Hello all. Thanks for reading. I'm a new member here and have really enjoyed reading all the interesting posts about Parasound. I am putting together my home theater and believe the C2 and A51 is the right combo for me.

I need help in finding who or where I should buy the equipment. Any thoughts would be of great help. I live in KY and there are no dealers in the state. Also, I am planning to use these to drive Martin Logan Prodigies, Theater, Scripts and a Descent sub. Any thoughts or experiences with how well the Parasound will mate with the Martin Logans?
