    My balanced Input is quiet

hi, for some reason my balanced stereo input is only half the volume of my rca inputs.

Is there a setting or a dial that I have adjusted by mistake?

    I have a C2/A52.

    thanks

When properly done, balanced XLR connections have a higher level.

Has anyone used the Analogue monitor to boost volume?

        thanks

The balanced connections should be louder. Although not a true balanced system, the connections boost signal strength by 6dB.

What input? The input on the C2 or the input on the A52?

The A52 input has a switch on the rear panel that needs to be in the correct position for the connection used (RCA or XLR). If it's in the wrong position, the level will be incorrect. It sounds like this is the problem.

If the problem is with the C2 inputs, then it's probably a software setting issue. Load the PC software, or hook up the C2 to a monitor so that you can see all the settings in the menu...

Apparently the original poster also went quiet...

Eh, ROCASI!, what's up with reviving a two month old question thread way past its time? The original poster probably either got an answer or has disposed of his unit by now...

Sorry, didn't know the forum police had a maximum amount of time before posts became nul and void. I'll check with you next time to see if it is ok to post.

hi, it ended up being a software setting.

i.e. I adjusted the volume up for each channel on my LynxTwo mixer.

                    thanks
