URC remote software

I know this is not a Parasound topic but I was hoping that someone might be able to help me. I wanted to upgrade my old MX-700 that came with my Halo so I purchased a URC MX-980 from a auth dealer who is going out of business. It was too good of a deal to pass up. Unfortunately the sales agent is not a CI so he did not have access to URC website to get me a copy of the editor. Being that the 980 does not include the software I am rolling the dice that I can get it elsewhere - like I said the price was too good to pass up! I was hoping that some here might be willing to PM me the editor. Your help would be greatly appreciated... ;x(
