My stereo setup is now: Parasound Halo A21, BAT VK-20 preamp and Primare D30.2 CD player, all with balanced inputs and outputs.
Still have to buy a pair os speakers.

What connectors do you recommend? :T

Start with high value connectors.

DELETED provides the best value in connectors, in my opinion.

To be honest, I didn't like it.
But let me explain: the unit I got was defected, lots of noise going through the speakers and the remote was simply "dead". Besides these problems, I found the overall sound a bit "slow".

So, I'm returning the BAT to the seller and now I'm considering to buy the PS Audio GCP-200 Preamplifier.
Any comments about this preamp?

Dario - Sorry to hear about the BAT. I don't know much about the GCP-200. Looks, good, some nice reviews, give it a whirl! Probably very fast, dead quiet, and transparent.
Wish there was some news about that JC-2!

Nice to hear from you again.
The JC 2 is still receiving last-minute refinements before production starts.
Unfortunately, it is is still a few months from production because of new delays of key parts.
Have a great trip to NY.
Maybe next time you visit NY you can bring home your new treasure.
