I just have to say I own a custom Installation company and just recently picked up the HALO line. I set up my Demo with a C2, A51 & A23(Rears Centers). Running Boston Acoustics New VRi Line ( VRi593 LCR, VRi595 Rears, VRi585T2 Rear Centers & a BT1100 Sub. In my opinion being a Lexicon & Anthem dealer this setup is by far superior in just about every aspect. Sonics,Dynamics etc.

interesting that you chose to pair the A51 and A23, instead of A51/A21 or A52/A23. Did you consider this?

3 way biwired in the LCR and Rears, and 2 way non biwired in the rear centers. The extra power would certainly go to waist.Comment

Not sure I understand. Can you explain what you mean by that wiring configuration?
And for me, it's my popcorn machine that goes to my waist, not my Halo power.

Simply put The LCR's and the Rears are 3-way larger speakers capable of handling the 250 out of the A51. The Rear centers are not. Take it easy with that Popcorn. 8OComment

Currently I have a cinenova grande 5 amp (300x5) and a Sherwood/Newcastle P-965 pre/pro. I was able to get a great deal on a b&w htm2, which I plan to use in rear setting for 6.1.

Well, I am just about to buy my second HCA-1500a. I have about $1k set aside for one of my room's amps, and I can't see going to the Halo A23, as it would be a step down. Perhaps to some, not visualy, but sonically, I can't imagine the A23 besting the 1500a, especially with Martin Logan Aerius i's.... -
