What do you think of Parasound A23 and P3?

I want to put a new stereo set in my library and i'm thinking Amp A23 and pre-amp P3. I also look at Rotel. Not sure which one to choose. So i'm seeking your advice, experiences, or suggestions on Parasound.

By the way, which reasonable CD player do you suggest to go with Parasound set? Is CambridgeAudio 540 C or 640 C good option? The price is within my range . The website is www.audioadivor.com

1,600 or below. I can get used parasound...but new ones are too expensive for me now.

1600 for an amp, preamp, AND cd player? hmm, that's going to be quite a squeeze. Are you looking at CD players to use as transports, or are you intending to find one that features a quality DAC? (which = $$$)

Yeah..i know it's quite tight. So i have a second thought by getting a used avr such as Denon which has preout. Then i can combine it with A23. If i go with A23 and P3, then i have to get very good CD player.
