804di with htm4di or htm2di

need an advice of people who have audition htm2 and htm4
i have a good deal to replace my htm4 with htm2
will it be better ? the main use of the system is for h.t

If you can afford it have it, in my opinion the 2di was loads better if your using your system mainly for HT, if you are a music listener with only occasional ht use then your disposable income will come into force

Why not take your 4di to the shop and compare both in the same surroundings??

I currently have HT 805s front and surrounds with the htm2d and love it. You will not regret the htm2d especially for movies since most of the sound does come from the center channel. Voices are so much more fuller and gives a little more bass response which adds a nice touch. Yes it would be nice to have 803d or 804d, have that option to upgrade without buying another center.

Good advice.

You had many answers to your question before in another thread.

The HTM2di will sound better than the HTM4D if you have good power driving the speaker.

The HTM4D is probably all you need for your setup.
