Request (closed) for new additional moderator for Club BW

It has come to my attention, that we have a few inactive moderators, of which Aussie Geoff is one of them.

I would like to see if there's someone that would like to join our moderator team, that has lots of BMW experience. (Sorry fraudian slip with BMW there, should be BW!!!)

    The request would be to:
    1. help members with information, and help guide topics where needed.
    2. Alert members to voilations, or moderate them, or refer issues to management.
    3. Generally just be excited about participation, and passionate about our hobbie, music and movies, and our systems.

Contact me via PM if interested, I will sort through however many applicants there are, and make a decision. Decision will be made based on current participation, membership length, and recognizable traits for good moderators. :-)

Whoever is chosen will need to learn the secret handshake.

Feel free to post your interest here, as well as PM me, but be sure to PM me. I have no plan to eliminate Geoff at this time, however, at some point, lack of further participation would necessitate action in that area, but we like having two mods for busier sections anyway.

    Thanks,
    Doug

ROFL sorry about my BMW mis-fire. I got it right the first time, cut me some slack, I have owned BMWs for years. It's easy to mis-type.

This process is complete, please welcome mjb as the second moderator for Club B & W! Geoff will continue as long as he wants to, on his limited as can be here basis. (We are in process of getting him official) He has to learn the handshake and all...

                  Welcome aboard, Mike!

AFA the handshake.....well......just don't use the hand you eat with.

But I would worry less about that and more over staying on the goat when they make you ride it blindfolded during the initiation ceremony. :W

They did tell you about the initiation ceremony, didn’t they?

Just like out of the movie Goodfellas......Is that where 2 other beefy moderators take you up the stairs to the "initiation party", open the door, turn on the lights and there is no one else there :E

                      Hi mjb,

Here's a photo of Lex getting the goat prepared for an initiation ceremony. You'll notice that it's wearing a pair of speaker cable elevators on its horns to lower its noise level and increase its dynamics.

                      Nigel.

PS. Did you know that Lex has a beard? I didn't.

I see the goat has difusers on the horns! The skin should tame the base. In fact, put it between the speakers and miracles will occur to your sound.

Andrew Pratt, stepping down as moderator of Club Rotel
                          by Lex
Guys, he gave a lot to Rotel here, effectively starting the club. But Andrew has decided to move on, not from HTG, he'll still be around as moderator to answer questions in other areas, and who knows may still pop in to lend an assist in Club Rotel (I hope), but with a toddler and a new baby, as well...
