God help these people! Wow there site is a complete mess! All I get is application errors every 5 mins it seems. Anyone else having issues?

Yeah, this has been going on for a few weeks now. Switching over to a 'new and improved' site, but the results have not been so good thus far. I was lucky enough to get a sale to go through right as they started the switchover, but I've read some horror stories of people having all kinds of issues as they try to lock down the transaction (i.e., making sure it completes through their system, not outside of it to avoid fees).

The site is a complete nightmare. I wasn't able to access the site for a few hrs while completing a transaction. The loading time is also slow. Absolutely horrible...
