It's a thinking movie. You GOTTA keep up.
And yes, its pretty damn cool.
Reminds me - I don't love Miami Vice, but I watched the movie in BluRay. The scene in the bar with the steel drum band sounds A-MAZ-ING on bluray. You gotta rent it JUST for that scene.- Bottom

I was tired when I watched it in the local AMC last year. I fell asleep during the first half when the script blasted you with an overdose of action and info about shared dreams, extraction, dream architecture, subconscious projections, character development and inception. The film has better imagery than sound. From the haunting image of the kids to the fight scene in revolving gravity to the spinning top to the nightmare waterfront to the train tracks and wrinkled, elderly couple's hands, it was the most visually stunning film of 2010. I enjoyed it much more the 2nd and 3rd time I saw it (on Blu-ray). The audio I found too bass-heavy overall, but the action sequences called for that sometimes.Originally posted by emig5mI think I need to re-watch this movie because I was dog tired when I watched it and didn't like it at all.Integrated 7.1 HT and Two-Channel System

by Chris DThis may be a good discussion. The topic is popular books that have been made into movies. By and large, my personal opinion is that movie renditions of good books fall far short for a few reasons. First, I think due to the media of print, books allow for a much more thorough immersion of the reader...-
