Who said B&W was not selling the entire line at Magnolia

"Years ago, Magnolia founder Len Tweten described it as “near fanatical dedication to customer satisfaction."

The stores in BBY are known as Magnolia Home Theater while the stand alones are Magnolia Audio Video. Then there are the Design Centers which are found in BBY that are the equivalent to the stand alone Magnolia Audio Video.

Don't understand why this keeps getting rehashed as it has been explained 100 times here.

Well your fridge is only going to sound as good as your front end gear not to mention the more important room/setup. Post pics or a diagram of your room layout along with your front end specs so that we can help you get your new fridge dialed in. Didn't you demo it along side your old fridge before buying or did you buy blind? I mean, in-store fridge demoing doesn't account for much, it's how it sounds in your own room with your own gear that matters. I bought mine from Sears, and it sounds very good, very sound and neutral in the mids and low-end. The top-end is a little dull for my tastes, but whatever, I admittedly don't do that much, if any, critical listening to the fridge, ROTFL. But my problem I'm having is build quality/falling apart! :

Maybe you shold not be using ICE POWER to drive it. Solid state gas works wonders.

I have never been to Magnolia, and likely never will... :W

You need to stuff the fridge to a 100% level with acoustical foam inside and lift the power up off the ground and sprinkle magic rocks around the perimeter of the room. I can sell you the rocks and the blocks, they are expensive but they perform magic! Just keep adding more until the problem goes away or until you run out of money :B Now we normally sell the quieter pumps "separately", but in your case we will allow you to trade up your Lamborghini, plus some additional ca$h.

I auditioned a refrigerator there and found the tonal balance was a bit lean in the bottom octaves and it exhibited euphonic colorations that were difficult to ignore.

I have found if you use two high quality bar fridges and augment the low end with a nice chest freezer you can have quite fantastic results.. In fact I recommend two chest freezers to balance out those nasty room modes...

                              Cheers

This thread has really gone to the dogs..

Went in last week to demo a Mini-Zepplin for my wife. After waiting around for several minutes before finally finding some help, the guy told me he hadn't yet figured out how to work either the Zepplin or the mini. He did say he thought the remote was cool. He called over someone more knowledgable and she told us they couldn't demo it because they didn't have anything for input. She said they couldn't be expected to have an IPOD just laying around to demo it.
I was not impressed. I guess they just expect people to buy it without trying it.
I do need to add that my wife didn't have her IPOD with her, which we could have used for the demo, but I still left the store very unimpressed.
