Looking for original B&w DM5/DM6 tweeters (TW20)

Hello, I'm trying to restore a pair of old Bowers & Wilkins DM6 speakers, they are missing the original tweeters. While I have working alternative tweeters in place, I would like to find out if there's anyone out there still owns these and might sell them to me!

2x TW20 tweeter for the B&W DM6

I've contacted B&W (United states, Belgium and United Kingdom) but they didn't have any parts available for these speakers).

ps. these tweeters are identical for the DM5 and DM6 from what i've read.

I've got an offer for some "TW26" speakers from a DM22 that would "fit the hole", but i doubt very much that they are technically comparable...

their current owner would trade me my pair of DM1's for the DM22 containing the tweeters... a trade that I'm not entirely sure about either.

ps nice to have a b&w dedicated subforum here (being the proud owner of B&W DM1 , DM2, DM4, DM6 and DM12)

ps. broken tweeters with the mountingplates would also be an option, then i can mount the current tweeters in the enclosure making the speakers look more natural...

1) Would a B&w TP26 be a good replacement for a TW20 ?

the TP26 are from the DM110, a speaker that doesn't have the best of reputation...

2) Also, does anyone have any idea what tweeters are in my speakers now? the label on the back (see picture in post above) mentions LXT10 but that's a very strange model number that i don't find any reference of anywhere?

Got a reply about the tweeters that the previous owner has mounted on the dm6:

The tweeter you are trying to identify is from a very old line of car audio that has been discontinued for a very long time. There are no longer any parts for that line.

I was able to buy a pair of DM5's that hold the original working tweeters to repair my DM6.

If anyone can use the woofers, filters or wood from the DM5 just let me know

Do you know if your DM5 woofers will also fit the DM12 (I'm about to try to do a search to figure that out myself, but just in case you know already-)? I came upon a pair of worn DM12s that have one blown midbass driver. The model of the midbass is DW 150/12. If it were to fit i would certainly be interested!

The woofer of the DM5 is a 150/M5

Thanks so much for your quick reply! Fortuitously, I heard back from B&W this AM. It turns out that there is a repair shop that specializes in B&W right in my home town, so i hope to speak with them today. I will ask about the DM5 woofer and see what the compatibility of the drivers is. I'll let you know what i find out!

I have a pair of B&W DM5 that are a solid 9 out of a 10 I am going to sell. Also I have another pair of B&W DM5 that are a solid 7 out of a 10. One of the external wires on the tweeter broke therefore I will prob offer for parts.
Unless someone has ONE B&W TW20 Tweeter!

Do you still have the drivers for the DM5? Mine are blown and I tried to get them fixed and havent had any luck... i was told there are trashed! I would be very interested in the drivers if you have them
