I recently purchased an ASW675 that had been used as a demo at a local AV store. I didn't take a good look at it while I was at the store because the store has a good reputation. When I got home and took the grill off I realized that the dome has some dents on the surface. The sub sounds fine. As long as it sounds fine is there anything to be concerned about? Is this something that can be repaired if need be? Thanks for your help.

I believe the asw 675 has an aluminum driver in there, its going to be fairly hard to pop those out I would think. I wouldn't worry about it to much if its only on the dust cap. Shouldn't effect sound at all! If your not completely satisifed I would take it back, I'm sure they wouldn't mind.dan87951

I finally took the plunge! I traded in my ASW675 for an ASW825. As many have stated on this forum, the difference between the two subs is substantial. The 805S / HTM3S / ASW825 combo is simply fantastic. While I don't have the audiophile experience as most contributors on this board...I will share...19 February 2006, 20:28 Sunday -

WHich of the B&W ASW675, 700and 750 gives most value for the money?
Is there a big difference on 675 vand 700, or is it almost not noticable?
