My brother has a pair of B&W CM7 speakers. He would like to spend about $200 for a pair of speaker wire (15 feet long). Any suggestions on what he should consider?

When Bi Wiring a CM7, is there any difference to what happens to the signal after it get's to the speaker when using the bi wire approach vs a single run?
