ok, here's the thing Cattails and other CAT users

I've sold a butt load of Cattails to B & W users the last year or two, at least I thought I had, and 1 guy has rated Cattails in the Cat Cables user feedback request. PLEASE, if you use them, come and evaluate them, there is an annonymous option if you do not wish to be in it by name. I'd appreciate it. Either that, or I may come in with a power move and lock the club until you guys oblige me, lol. Would I do that? how well do you know me? :twisted:

well, let's see, first off, if you can't read my "joking way" of pushing a little for something important for the good of this forum and something important to my company that is not doing very well at present, well sorry. But if CAT fails, it could mean the failure someday of the entire forum, IF I don't continue to get support from others, so I hope you see the importance of CAT being a continued success for the good of the forum. That is, unless I start having to nickel and dime the members to stay alive. I can't pay over 1K a year in fees without income to pay it, so I have to keep things flowing.

Second of all, have you actually purchased CATs before? IF you haven't, it's rather a moot point.

I'm glad you enjoy the forum, but you do have a short changed view, viewing it only as a BW forum, it's a lot more if people give it a chance to be...

This whole response was not just directed to you, but continued KEYING of the importance to CAT for it's customers to speak up. Good or bad, lay it out there.

Honestly Doug, if you're gonna ask people for feedback, I would register CATcables at audioreview.com and post a link to that. Posting here would be great, but audioreview.com is huge and so many more people would read about CATcables' products.

I've used Doug's CAT cables in my setup.

1) His service was first class.

2) Value for money I would say they are hard to beat.

Juan Carlos, first you have to take care of business at home, and in all honesty? I currently sell very few cables outside our "home" membership here at the Guide. That's a fact. Thus, the first place I look for customer comments is here, not some site that half our membership won't even go to. It's not just about generating interest web wide. It's about showing people that ARE buying cables here, that there IS a good option right under their nose, if they only look at what we offer.

I can well appreciate what you are saying about audioreview, and perhaps sometime I may pursue that. But at present, I want a place where my customers can comment directly, and easily about their products and satisaction level. I've given an annonymous way to do so here, and stickie'd, it's a lasting record. So for now, I wish to stay focused on this.

Now, I am doing the same thing with this thread as in rotel, I'm locking it. I asked a simple favor from my customers with a bit of arm twist, hoping maybe they'd see the importance. It's all about helping my fledging company, in the end, if CAT fails, well, we are reliant upon (was 3, now 2 with ads) advertisers for survival, if that fails, then more than just a club door would be closed, I hope you can see the importance of what I am trying to get done here, and the big picture of what I am trying to protect-

In the end, if it came to that, I'd have to come to the membership for survival here. I am just trying to prevent that from ever happening by shoring up our backup plan NOW, while there is time.
