    B&W 603s3's vs onix ref 1.5?

A friend offered to buy my 603's which i hadnt even thought about till he asked.I've been thinking about it and have been looking into the onix ref. 1.5's or the like.I have not heard the onix only read about how highly regarded they are.Since he's bugging me i'm asking here if anyone has any comparison opinions.I wont sell if it's not an upgrade. But would like some opinions if possible.I'm using a rotel rsx1056.thanks
P.S. I know i should'nt buy without listening but i still would like your opinions.

Seriously...very unimpressive speaker to look at right out of the box (Tongue planted firmly in cheek). I purchased black and the finish is outstanding but...

    Help!!! 1065 problem
    by Iningo_Montoya
Hey guys, just got a 1065 about a week and a half ago. It had been working great for me up until this point. Today when I went to play a CD (have a Panasonic RP-91 hooked up to it, as well as a pair of 4 ohm Onix Ref 1 speakers) it made a loud pop and a little smoke came out of the front part of the...

    RSX-1056; running hot?
    by corysmith01
Hey everybody. I'm a Rotel noob. Coveted the equiment for years and finally got my first one, a Rotel RSX-1056. Older yes, but totally fits my needs (mostly audio, some HT, don't run HDMI through receiver). Anyway, I've noticed it gets pretty warm...way warm actually. In the past 3 years, give or take,...
