Never received free gift from B&W after regestring my speakers

Folks,

I regestered my 804s, center, and sub on B&W web site over 3 months ago. When I regetered my brand new speakers I was told by the web site that will get a free gift from B&W. Up until today I have not received anything. When I contacted B&W, they informed my that free gift was maild to me over 2 months ago.
What should I do now? ;x(

When I got my N804 & ASW800 I got 2 pens & a key chain. WooHoo!!

You can ask for the free B&W demo DVD, including tracks in DTS-ES. But this is available for everyone.

Ask your mailman to sign something and see what kind of pen he uses...
(just kidding!) It took them about 3 months to send me a pen. Nice bright blue ink , too...

They normally send you a pen that only works when you sign cheques for more B&W speakers ! ! ! ! !

I also mailed my registration to B&W when I got my B&W 600 series speakers and asked for the calibraation CD (They mentioned in their manual) but they only sent me PEN.

I expected the calibration CD and also only got a pen.
Eventually (1 year later) I got a dvd of various videos that was really a promo for B&W. They really want you to mail in the registration material as to collect marketing data on customers so they promise the cd as an enticement. Its really bush league to not deliver.

I sent mine in and I got a black pen about 2 months later (USA), but no CD, I think I will send them a letter about the demo cd.

I have the demo CD and it's great. But the calibration CD would be nice to have, especially since it was promised. I did it online, hopefully that will make a difference. If not, they have a letter coming their way...

Registered the N802 and got a keyring.

4 months later registered the N805 and got nothing.

A year after the N802, registered the HTM1 and got nothing.

My suspicion is that they used to send stuff out but now they don't. It doesn't really matter of course, but they shouldn't advertise that they will send you something and then choose not to. The toys we're buying aren't cheap - we shouldn't be treated like idiots. The one saving grace to this atrocious customer service is that the actual product works very well.

My feeling is that B&W as a company is arrogant. They need to be aware of this - one day it might hurt them very badly.

Well my pen and letter showed up in the mail yesterday, registered first week of january.

Why is everyon on B&W's nutz for not giving them a free plastic pen that cost pennies to make?

IMO if people are gonna bitch over not getting a free pen or key chain, you have too much time on your hands and your not enjoying your speakers enough.

Race Car, that's an incorrect statement. I don't want a pen or keychain. In the warranty registration we sent off, it says that we are promised a calibration CD. I want that. Not the pen, not the keychain. That's why I'm on their nuts.

I have filed a formal letter of complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I don't care about the CD, pen or keychain. I just really want a B&W sticker for my speakers. Preferably a really big one that I can stick on all sides so everyone sees how awesome my speakers are!!!

I received a pen as well. Not bad a 2 euro pen for 2 804s speakers :M :M . What a joke!
