    Bryston 2bsst and 805s

    Like the title says. Will the 2bsst be a good combo to run my 2 channel or should i go with 3bsst. I'll have to wait a little longer and save my pennies but it's killing me running the 805s with just my rotel rsx 1056.

    any comments welcome.

      Keep saving Peter or you will upgrade to the 3bsst later anyway. The 1056 should pacify you until then.

              No but he actually had one on a pair of N805 and it sounded really good. He had the amp tested and it measured 143 left and 141 right wpc rms. But i think i can get a good used 4bst for the same price. Now i would really prefer the 3bsst so i don't get the bug to upgrade to quick.

                  Hi Peter:

                  I've been using Bryston's new B100 SST integrated with the 804S's for the last 6 months and the pairing sounds fantastic. The B100 is essentially the 2B SST with the BP 25 preamp. Really, you can't go wrong with Bryston, whatever you choose. The sound just keeps getting better to my ears.

                      I just received the Bryston 3BST and hooked it up ASAP to my 805S. The amp is obviously broke in being it's used. The sound is amazing pushing the 805's with the proper recordings. With bad recordings it will show it to you right away.
