As per my signature, I am heavily invested in the Matrix series. I need some suggestions for side surrounds for a 7.1 system. I have tried, unsuccessfully to win auctions for the 805 - and prices seem to be increasing recently. Just missed a pair of 805 H that would have been perfect as my mounting for the sides will have to be within 1 foot of the wall/ceiling corner.
I realize that this is a slight re-hash of a previous question, but what about a pair of HTM? They are basically the 805 on their side (although I do not understand how they are different than the 805 H)
What about mixing in a dipole? Or is that a bad idea for PLIIx?
