I have a blemish on my new 804s and contacted B&W via email. They responded the next day and said a representative from the United States would be contacting me shortly. It's been two weeks? Does anyone know how I can contact B&W? A phone number in the U.S. would be great. So far I'm very dissapointed with B&W I've had the speakers for a month now will they exchange them?
