    Thoughts on an ASW-750?

I have a pair of 603's and could use a sub to fill in the low end. My budget can at most allow me to purchase an ASW-750.

Does anybody else own this sub and could comment on it? I'm not really sure what other subs can be had in this price bracket.

well, in the US the 750 goes for around $1500, so there's alot of choices and options in that range in the US. I'm not sure whats availible to you in Canada, but I'd look at some of the midrange Velodynes, very good clean bass for its size. Their SPL line are very good examples of this. If you're willing to go bigger on the cabinets sizes, SVS has some huge models that will just give you the sheer raw bass that a good HT needs. Tell us more about your room size, the volume level that you typically listen at, and whether you mostly do music or movies.

Help ! B&W Speakers to match ASW750 Sub
      by ac81017
Hello, I have a asw750 sub and I want a real good pair of speakers to match. I´m looking at 805´s 703´s and maybe even the new 683´s!

I can´t demo the asw750 at my local store because they don´t have any in stock. My other major problem is that I live far away from the store and...

      B&W ASW750/Velodyn DD10 for 705/HTM7
      by HTguy
I am checking out the B&W ASW750 and the Velodyn DD10 to go with my B&W 750/HTM7. The saleman at a local stereo store told me that the ASW750 is a little bit better but it has to be placed at the right position for the best sound. The DD10 can be placed anywhere and then can be programmed...

      ASW750 Vs. ASW825 which one?

      Hey Guys need your help,

My next upgrade will be the sub. I have an ASW1000 which i'm not very happy with, it gives boomy and undefiened bass. I'm not saying its a bad sub, but it's not that great, especially with music. It's either too low (to avoid the excessive boomyness) or out of...

      Hello,

I am the owner of a pre-owned 5.2 set consisting only of B&W 700 series speakers colored in pretty rosenut; amongst which 2 ASW750s. Now, sadly, one of my ASW750s has died. When I was using it recently it was playing at lower volumes but now when i turn it on theres no sound...

      Advice on tuning ASW750 sub
      by bigburner
      I own a pair of CDM9NTs and a single ASW750, configured for 2-channel audio.

If I take the specs for the CDM9NTs, how do I work out the optimal low pass frequency setting for the ASW750?
