any one using ccm series in ceiling speakers?

Hi All, I am currently loooking at rear speakers to use in a small room with 602s3 fronts and I am considering 600/601 rears or looking at CCM65 in ceilings .Is anybody able to comment on the CCM series and how would they stack up against a 600 or 601.The main reason i am looking at in ceilings is that my seating is hard against rear wall of room so I am unable to get speakers behind the sofa .

Yes, I am using them as my 6th and 7th channel speaker. I would suggest them as the solution of last resort if you can’t use a conventional speaker.

This is not to say they sound bad, quite the contrary. The problem is that they throw a rather focused beam of sound straight at the floor. The lower the ceiling height, the more narrow the beam.

If you do end up using them, do not mount them more than 2 feet behind your primary seating location.
