Hi guys,
new stuffs in my Setup that I want to share:
I did few test with a new XTZ pro II kit but I want buy more panels to cover first reflection point in the closet and I want cover too the back wall in the left 805D, behind the seat I have 8” so I could use a bass trap like GIK Acoustics Monster Bass Trap with FlexRange Technology because I have according to my measurements two dips in 89Hz and 251Hz, someone could know if with this bass trap and more panels I can get a flat response or the bass region(F+L speakers)?
What do you think about the waterfalls and full range response(F+L speakers)?
Leo,
Saludos

Great setups on here for sure!
My Home Theater Setup:
Rotel RMB 1077 Amp (bi-amping the 703's, center and rears)
Anthem AVM-20 Pre/Pro (Classe SSP-300 to be delivered tomorrow)
B&W 703 Mains
B&W HTM7 Center
B&W DS7 Rears
REL Strata III Sub
SDI Mod Sony DVD Changer DVP-CX777es
ISCAN VP-50 Scaler
Oppo BD-105 Bluray
Escient DVDM-100
Headphone Rig:
Schitt Mjolnir/Gungnir
Audeze LCD 2.2's
Mr Speakers Alpha Dogs
I'm considering upgrading the amp for mains. Thoughts on a good used amp for my 703's? Or maybe Emotiva monoblocks? Would it be a waste to use the Rotel RMB-1077 for the center and rears?
And for the eye candy

Very very nice set up! Elegant and clean. No messy wires, TV mounted with no wires hanging down. And I really like your centre channel stand. Good job.

My set-up:
B&W 683 S2
Yamaha RX-A2020
Emotiva XPA-5
Van Den Hul Teatrack speaker cable
I've only had the Emotiva for about a week now. I felt the Yamaha was lacking power from time to time, since these are quite current hungry speakers.

Are you using the xpa-5 to bi-amp the speakers?

No I am not actually, how would I do that? Use some Y shaped interlink? I used to have them bi-amped on the Yamaha. I also doubt if it would make a difference. It just so happened to be that a good deal crossed my path on the XPA-5, not that I would necessarily need a 5 channel power amp... I might buy the matching center speaker though if I happen to find a good deal on it.- Bottom

Don't bother with bi amping on the emotiva unless you have the Y interconnect anyway. It should have enough power and to be honest the other channels are probably better used on other speakers (in the future). I did get benefit from bi amping 683S1s but that was with weaker amps

Everyone's setups are AWESOME!!!! Definitely amazing stuff! Love seeing it all!
Anyone that thinks their setups may not be to "the top" of the what's one here. It doesn't matter. It's all so far ABOVE where most other people are... there's just should not be any worries.
My favorite thing about this thread is how looking at everyone's setups... you see the time, care, and thought that is put into each one. There's really some of the nicest "looking" and I'm sure sounding setups out there!
Keep up the amazing work and keep throwing up the pictures, I think I can speak for all here, we love seeing them!!!Digital Audio makes me Happy.

Here is the latest iteration for my system:
The stereo setup is a Classe CP-800 Mk2 with a PC as source via USB, Classe CA-2300, B&W 802 Diamonds. The Linn Klimax DS/0/D is there for Tidal streaming until they improve (read add) the remote controlling of the windows application.
Then the accompanying HT stuff there is an Oppo 103, Onkyo TX-NR818 (for now), a Rotel RB993 driving the HTM4S centre and SCM1 surrounds, and an SVS PC12+ Sub.
The other amp is a Rotel RB850 which is hooked up to the CP800 for driving some Linn Sweetspots we have in our dining room, which sound very good for how small they are.Music: Intel NUC -> Antelope Zodiac Platinum -> Classe CA-2300 -> B&W 802 Diamonds & 2x SVS SB13U- Bottom

Hey guys and girls...really enjoy this site and thread. I don't have any pictures yet of my system because right now I can't set it up properly. I have the HTM2, 703's and DS7's and I LOVE them!
Once I get a worthy spot to put them in I'll upload pics. In the meantime my profile pic is of an 802 I modeled and rendered (yes I love B&W enough to spend my spare time modeling them in 3D lol) The 802 pictured is not spot on perfect yet as it requires some very complex intersecting curves but this was a good first run.Paul...

Hey TomScrut! thanks for asking. Believe it or not I modeled it in AutoCAD and then used their onboard rendering engine. Like most of you I have such a passion for B&W! Sometimes I feel like it's taken over my life...evidenced by the fact that I spend my spare time modeling their speakers.
I'm glad to know there are others like me out there..lolPaul...
