PS3 and Netflix ?
Anyone have any experience getting Netflix via a PS3 ?. How is the picture quality on a hi def monitor?. Does it run smoothly and is it reliable?.

Yes...I joined today and it's not bad!. Not as good as dvd but better than analog TV and it's in dolby digital and widescreen. Free month trial so I'll check it out.

Works fine with my PS3 and the HD streams, while not BD quality by any stretch, are at least as good as the best of my DVDs (so far--haven't watched too many HD streams).Comment

I watched a movie last night and while the picture is a little soft at the beginning, after a few seconds once the stream overtakes the picture of the moment it clears up nicely and is quite frankly, as good as DVD quality!. I'm impressed !!. You've gotta' be impressed with what the PS3 can do !!.Dan Madden :TComment

I signed up for Netflix about 9 months ago, and have steadily been putting in all my ratings for movies that I've seen. When you do all the numbers, it's pretty amazing.

Hello. I am using netflix on a PS3 using the RCA cables for audio to my stereo pre amp. Is there any way of changing the audio I get from Netflix? It is very dynamic, which is typically a good thing. But at night in my apt it would be nice to have some dynamic compression, like a loudness or midnight...
