Good Looking Wall Treatments

Hey Guys,
I am considering a move and the place I am moving into has 20 foot high ceilings in the living room where my HT would go. Would it be best to put room treatments up the walls, or just near the top? Also can anyone suggest some product that looks as good as it works?

I remember seeing one in a HT pic that looked like a bunch of jagged shapes protruding out. I sure it was purely functional, but I thought it looked cool.

Space may be 11 feet by 12 feet
