As many of you know, at least one forum doesn't allow the moderators to participate in contests. This never really sat to well with me personally watching other folks have a chance at winning stuff. I mean, if the owner keeps the contest honest, what could be wrong with the guys that help you every...

Hi people just continuing the food fest to great entertaining and appealing HT grub.
The ribs can be done in advance and if need be (Though not entirely supported by myself) can be kept frozen until bar-b-que time.
