I sent an email to Proceed today regarding support of the new DTS modes that the new Denon receivers have. Todd Sutherland from Madrigal replied to my questions - in fact within about 20 minutes of when I sent the email.

[Todd Sutherland] I'm afraid there isn't. We had
to choose one mode for default, as the DTS
bitstream doesn't put out specific identification
tags like Dolby Digital does.

[Todd Sutherland] Still on the table. Please stay tuned.

[Todd Sutherland] Yes, our plans for the release are within the next six months.
