Oh yeah, baby... I've had this on pre-order for some time now from Amazon. Listed at $18.74 there...
I plan on using it with my new Bravo D1 player with 1080i DVI output, as long as I can get it up to 100%. Wish I had a true HD player like D-VHS for this, but... maybe later.

Last night I had the privilage to watch an extensive demo of DVHS or D-theater (which is what it is being called) at Widescreen Reveiw's incredible reference video theater. I wish that at least one other member would have been there, not only to verify what I saw and heard but also because I am a terrible... -

Maybe you can help me. I recently got a Bravo D1 player from V Inc. to send DVD video over DVI-D at 1080i to my plasma monitor. I'm just having some occasional display problems when viewing the DVI signal at 720p or 1080i. The only resolution I can get the Bravo player to put out... -

Aside from PVR and MP3 jukebox capabilities and games....
if you were using your HTPC for mostly movies (either a do it yourself lowcost/hi-quality scaler/deintelacer or an all-in-one player/scaler/deinterlacer) do you think that a device like the Bravo D1
is making the HTPC less... -
Watched this a few nights ago (rental). Had never seen it before but became intrigued after watching The Searchers about 10 days earlier (a Christmas present on HD DVD that I'd finally gotten around to watching). While there seems to be some controversy from nitpickers about certain restoration decisions...
