Velodyne CTS speakers: Are they good or not?

I have recently found out that Velodyne has a Home Theater speaker package of sorts. The are satelites with a Velodyne sub. There are L/R Front surrounds and L/R rear surrounds and a center channel plus one of the Velodyne subs.
I was wondering if these speakers are really good or not?

Im assuming that because Velodynes subs are so great that maybe thest sats are great as well.

hmm, I know I posted a post here some time back. Wonder where it went. :?

Something like that they are their own worst enemy by having such a good reputation in subs first. Speaker, they say? Ah, Velo are the bass folks.

B&W ASW 750 vs Velodyne SPL 1200 II
            by Ted
Greetings B & W great-ones. As I have been in the process of switching my HT from Klipsch to a B & W CM7/CM-C based system, I've been wondering about also switching out my Velodyne SPL 1200 II for a B & W ASW 750.

My reasons for doing so are purely aesthetic. I love the...

            by Juan Cortez
I am trying to decide between these 2 subs, and would like to know your thoughts. I know that the Velodyne had the built in eq, but since Velodyne is coming out with the external EQ would the B&W 855 with the EQ be a much better set up? Also to all B&W sub owners how does you sub preform for...

            Which of Three Subs???
            by bandit788
After reading reviews, I am still not sure which of these three subs would give me the most bang for my little sub budget:

            Velodyne DPS-10 $450.00
            SVS PB10-ISD $429.00
            HSU VTF-2 MK2 $499.00

They are comparably priced. The only one I have been able to...
