Which receiver

I have a limited budget $300 or so. There are 3 receivers I'm looking at. I was looking at either buying either a New Denon 486 ($300) or a refurb Denon 686 ($300) and the last receiver I'm looking at is a used Denon 3200 ($150). I don't know much about receivers but I have been told Denon makes great HT receivers so that is why I'm looking at Denon. The 3200 is older but brand new retailed for over $1200 so it is probably the best deal our of the 3 at $150. is there any difference between the 486 and the 686? Looking at the specs I could not tell a difference. the 3200 has a little more power i think 85 watts vs 75 watts per channel.

I would go for the Denon 3200, just my humble opinion.
