    XLR or 1/4"?

I can't seem to find a cut and dry answer to this so I'll post it here and see if anyone can help me.

I just purchased a Behringer EP-2500 for a DIY sub I'm building and I need to connect the amp to my Yammy RXV-1500.

Do I use RCA to 1/4" or RCA to XLR? And if XLR, Male or Female. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Use 1/4", I use both and with a sub there is no difference and the 1/4" is less cost. What I do is use 1/4" to rca adapter at the europower and regular rca from receiver to amp. Remember that pro sound amps use a higher i/p level then a consumer unit, so you will probably have to increase your sub out to a higher level. I use a Behringer Feedback destroyer in my cct for both eq and level matching.
The day is not complete if something new is not learnt.

        Halo A52 XLR/RCA inputs question
        by suds1280
I finally pulled the trigger on purchasing an A52, and I wanted to ask a question, as I could not find the answer in the owner's manual. I wanted to see if I could have both RCA and XLR inputs connected on the A52. I know that there is a selector switch on the A52 as to what inputs to use, but will...

I think I am going to buy the Goldmund Digin which is a DAC pure and simple, one input to 2 analog outputs. they Say this is top DAC stuff and compares with their Nemisis line in quality.

So I was thinking of having my Ayre D-1XE transport send the digital signal Rca to the Digin which...

        by Sonnie Parker
I have spoken with Behringer and they have shown serious interest in designing a replacement for the BFD that is more suited to the consumer market. As many of you may already know... the DSP1124 has been discontinued. The replacement FBQ2496 only offers 1 preset and still doesn't get us many of the...
