Is there a DD5.1 decoder cheaper than this?

All I want is something that can take Dolby Digital 5.1 from my XBox and let me play it on my analog-only Logitech X-530's. I'm looking at this:

Is there anything cheaper? It just seems silly to me to spend 3 times as much on the decoder as I did on my speakers. All I need is DD5.1 decoding. Dolby Pro Logic II is a plus, but not required. DTS decoding is a waste of money, I won't be using it.

It might be difficult to find something cheaper then $100 but you might see about finding a used Technics SH-AC500D DD/DTS decoder (like this one. They were made several years ago and were well thought of at the time. Some of the used budget receivers might be around the same price as well and would have onboard amps if that's of importance.
