I can't beleive I'm saying this but, I was at Dick Hardesty's house awhile back and he put on a album of Mel Torme with Laura Nyro, I think it was "Live at Marty's". Now I can't get it out of my mind. I had never heard Mel before and thought he was just some lounge lizard, boy was I wrong. As soon as I can drive I'm heading out to Ameoba records and am going to do some serious record buying.
