    DIY Two Way Towers (HELP!)

    Hi guys!

I am in the design stage for a pair of two way tower speakers. This will be my first DIY so I would really appreciate some help along the way!

I have chosen these two drivers:
    SB Acoustics SB26STCN-C000-4 (Tweeter)
    Silver Flute W20RC38-04 (Woofer)
Would these drivers work well together, and would a good cross over be at 1600hz?

    I designed a 2nd order butterworth crossover.

    C1 & C2- Solen 16uF 400V Polypropylene cap and Dayton Audio PMPC-1.5 1.5uF 250V cap (Together for 17.5 uF)

    L1 & L2- Jantzen Audio 0.56mH 18 AWG Air Core inductor

Does this look good for a crossover?

The woofer has a sensitivity 1.2dB higher than the tweeter so I designed this l-pad:

    R1- Dayton Audio DNR-0.51 0.51 Ohm 10W resistor
R1- Dayton Audio DNR-25 25 Ohm 10W resistor and Dayton Audio DNR-2 2 Ohm 10W resistor (together for 27 Ohm)

I don't think I need any notch filters because the fs of the tweeter is below the crossover point, and the fs of the woofer is below its effective frequency range. Is this correct?

An online calculator recommended 15.97 liters as an enclosure volume, but I want more like 60 liters to make it a respectable sized floor stander. If I was to design it with a much larger volume than recommended, (60ish Liters), would it sound as good and have as good of a response? I would of course compensate with the port measurements.

I would really appreciate any advice!
    Thank you guys!

LR2 @ 1600 is too low for that tweeter. I would choose a smaller woofer.
