Cher - Closer to the Truth?

Sorry guys. Just saw advertisement for Cher's' new CD. Couldn't think of who else to share this thought with. Have to get it out of my brain.
I think it would have been better named "Help, I've fallen and I can't get up"
What was she thinking with that cover picture?

Edit: Apparently the cover art I saw is a "Target Exclusive" edition.
