Who has had the pleasure of listening to Bryston 7Bs?

Ok, older amp, Bryston 7B NRB series monos.
From my research (very little knowledge on Brystons) these seem to be decent powerfull "little" (40is lbs) mono amps.

Anyone care to comment on them? Specificly for N802s?

    Thanks
    Chris.

I have the 7B-STs driving N802s and am VERY happy with them. They made the bass significantly tighter and controlled sounding plus, they are very neutral. Sorry, but I don't know how the NRBs compare to the STs. I would imagine that they are very similar since Bryston seem to have a family sound.

You might venture over to the Audio Circles forum and the Bryston area to inquire. James Tanner from Bryston spends a lot of time there and might be able to give you a better answer.

I can say that the best private HT I have ever experienced had 5 802's and 5 7b.

            B&W N802s and McIntosh Amps
            by jteoh1
I'm looking some opinion on a good amp to drive N802s.

I'm upgrading my Denon 5803 receiver 2 front channels to a separate amp. So far, I have brought home the following amps for evaluation:

B&W N802s - How many watts for HT?
            by audiophied
I power my B&W N802s with a 100W integrated (Classe CAP 2100) which I find adequate for 2 channel audio...

I was wondering whether 100 Watts would work just as well for HT duties? The center channel is an B&W HTM-1. I'm wondering - is power defficieny more or less obvious in...

            $9999 N802s
            by Race Car Driver

I saw these when they were first listed and sent the seller a message.
They obviously have no idea wtf they are dealing with. I politely suggested that they would be looking at under 4000$ for the pair since nice complete pairs of 802s go for 4-5k with boxes.

            Class CAM 350 vs Bryston 14B ST with B&W 802N - opinion
            by amdan
My local dealer had a couple of Classe CAM 350 monoblocks for sale and was kind enough to allow me to home trial. The only reason I trialed them was the loyal Classe following in this forum. Many of you maintain that Classe and B&W are an excellent match. I have also seen a few posts elsewhere saying...
