    Good speaker stands

    I have Monitor Audio Gr-10 speakers, I just purchased some VTI speaker 24" stands. I filled the column with 40 lbs of #9 lead shot, so stand and shot are now about 55lbs, and the speaker is 22lbs. These stands hav spikes but I am still not getting a "rock solid" mount. I am wondering if the light aluminum column filled with 40 lbs of shot is causing any issues?

    Who makes a Rock solid stand?

      Where to buy lead shot in SoCal for B&W stands?

      Hi, does anyone know where I can buy some lead shot to fill up my B&W speaker stands with? I am not the hunter or gun type so I have no idea. I tried Big 5 but to no avail.

      By the way, I live in SoCal so I would appreciate local suggestions.
