I have to move DAT recorder to new shelf which requires removing the round feet underneath the Unit---I need to put something very thin underneath to isolate it from vibrations etc...Anybody have any ideas for me???
What to put underneath ?

by pbarataI’ve recently replaced the RCD-1070 feet with Vibrapods isolators (http://www.vibrapod.com). Overall the sound opens out and gains focus, and gets less edgy. At least they work subjectively for me.

by Chris DImportant enough issue here to make a dedicated post. Like most any rack-able component, if you rackmount a Zcustom unit, you'll need to take the feet off the underside of the case. If you do take the feet off, do not put the feet screws back in the unit.
