    Unibox/TL Claude/ChatGPT AI skill

I had some free Claude Fable credits to use so I thought it would be interesting to build a skill that incorporated the unibox capabilities. The nice thing is you can start with any specific parameters such as drivers, box size etc and feed it a few parts sources such as parts express, Madison’s etc and it will work through an optimized design comparing models for all the different options from sealed, ported, passive radiator etc. I did a few passes of automated QA but posting here to get some feedback and thought how to make this better.

Added in transmission line calculations as another comparison.

I did a bit more work on this to incorporate more complete TL modeling, adding in a PR DB for evaluation and some tuning of the weights when choosing the best option. This is where it needs more feedback.

i also converted the latest version to work with ChatGPT.

Don't think the DL for ChatGPT is working. I'll try to figure out the Claude one later, looks neat though!

Yeah, I just saw it has a 0kb size. Fixed it.

This looks like something fun, but you know an old geezer like me will wonder if it crosses the line on DIY- Do It Yourself... but then, I didn't create the Unibox XL sheets I use either!

Well, I can’t say the output is always what you want but it sure is easy to dial some of the design weights and then run a thousand passes to find the most optimum options based on what you want maintaining some of the DIY fun.

I pulled in the full list of PRs from Parts-Express, Madisound and Solen.

It is also instructed to validate speaker measurements from a few sources.

Most interesting! I think we may need to make a page for downloads of handy things like this.

Unibox: Standard Design vs. Design by Vb and Q
                    by Greybeard191
                    sigh... yet another Unibox question.

If go into Unibox under closed box, you can design by either:

Standard Design, which allows you to modify Qtc and everything else changes to match (Vb, Fb, F3, max powerinput

                    or

Design by Vb and Q, in which...

                    Unibox Volume Calculation Question
                    by lcolbur1
Correct me if I'm wrong, but once I input the required driver specifications into Unibox, it calculates a recommended volume, be it for sealed, ported, etc. I'm assuming this volume is accurate, but based on what? I input Dayton's 5" reference driver specs and got a suggested volume of 2.6 liters...

Using Unibox and MCM 55-2185 8"DVC Woofer
                    by bobhowell
I am trying to design a sub with Unibox for a MCM 55-2185 8" DVC woofer mentioned on Zaph's site. He is happy with his so I thought I could use Unibox to come up with the design own my own. Problem is I don't know how to get an optimum volumn. Ray Alden says that is the first step and gives a little...

Unibox and general sub design question.
                    by CJ Paul
I was posting on another forum about porting my current sub just to play around and learn because the sub box will be tossed in the next six months when I move and the driver either get sold, given away to my brother (if I'm really nice) or used in the IB. Any way, I was introduced to Unibox and spent...

                    Unibox sealed box excursion question
                    by Greybeard191
I'm playing around with a Tumult 15D2 in Unibox and I've run into what seems to be a conflict.

If you build a 2 cu ft box and set input power to 1000 watts, Unibox says on the sealed box that that excursion of 33mm is exceeded at about 30 hz or slightly under (on one of the graphs). Yet...
