I had some free Claude Fable credits to use so I thought it would be interesting to build a skill that incorporated the unibox capabilities. The nice thing is you can start with any specific parameters such as drivers, box size etc and feed it a few parts sources such as parts express, Madison’s etc and it will work through an optimized design comparing models for all the different options from sealed, ported, passive radiator etc. I did a few passes of automated QA but posting here to get some feedback and thought how to make this better.

I did a bit more work on this to incorporate more complete TL modeling, adding in a PR DB for evaluation and some tuning of the weights when choosing the best option. This is where it needs more feedback.

Well, I can’t say the output is always what you want but it sure is easy to dial some of the design weights and then run a thousand passes to find the most optimum options based on what you want maintaining some of the DIY fun.
I pulled in the full list of PRs from Parts-Express, Madisound and Solen.
It is also instructed to validate speaker measurements from a few sources.Comment

Correct me if I'm wrong, but once I input the required driver specifications into Unibox, it calculates a recommended volume, be it for sealed, ported, etc. I'm assuming this volume is accurate, but based on what? I input Dayton's 5" reference driver specs and got a suggested volume of 2.6 liters... -

I'm playing around with a Tumult 15D2 in Unibox and I've run into what seems to be a conflict.
If you build a 2 cu ft box and set input power to 1000 watts, Unibox says on the sealed box that that excursion of 33mm is exceeded at about 30 hz or slightly under (on one of the graphs). Yet...
