Ah! That makes sense. Thanks Dennis. I'll have to examine a tweeter up close and personal.Originally posted by Dennis HNotches are for the spade connectors to hook up the wires. Jigsaw or router is fine.
I have only built a sub to date, with the connectors easily accessible from the rear.- Bottom

I used a 3/8" bit and drilled a pair of holes side-by-side for each "ear", then filed out the remainder. Worked well for me and reduced the danger of me screwing something up on the baffle while freehanding a router or jigsaw.Originally posted by zzzz.... Is there a good way to cut the "notches" other than with a jigsaw?
Make sure you have the tweeter mounting holes aligned exactly the way you want them before cutting the ears."While we're at it" - the four most dangerous words in Home Improvement- Bottom

I've been looking into taking on the challenge of either the Modula MTM 1 design or possibly the Natalie P. Both designs look similar to me, though, and I was curious where the differences were. I noticed quite a large difference in price which looked like it was because of the more expensive crossover...-

I've been looking into starting on my Modula MT's soon, and I'd like to build the cabinets first. Does anyone have any examples of the stands they have built for speakers such as these? I saw a couple I was into on the Modula MT Mission Accomplished page, but I'd like to see more if anyone has any other...-

by BriHi all, I'm planning on building some Modula MTMs from the Mission Accomplished section and am considering building a third one for the center and using it upright instead of building a horizontal design. I drew the setup I am considering in Google Sketchup as shown below, pretty much to scale. The...-
