HobbyHifi issue 1/08 is out (yes they are always one issue ahead with the numbers), Proraum, the German distributor for BG, has a kit with Neo3i-PDR-FP with cup and Neo 10 in dipole mode + 2x doped Usher 8137K in a sealed box.
Measurements of the Neo 10 show extremely low distortion in the 200 Hz - 3 kHz range. On the downside, CSD and FR are messier than the Neo8's.
The Neo3i-PDR also seems to have lower distortion than the one measuered many years ago. At that time, it was also an i version with cup, so I am not sure that the improvement is real.
Price for the kit is 1000€, so after subtracting the price for the Neo3, the Ushers and the high quality crossover components, you'd be paying about 600€ for the Neo10 driver + the plans.
They do not sell the driver separately, apparently on behalf of B&G.
