I've updated my web site some, at least with current front end and detail listing of equipment. I've got some more things I want to do soon, such as added more individual pages for the left frame items. Oh well, at least you can see what's happened to my system this year.

Clive, I don't have 50K invested. Ok, it's up there, but buying used a few key items helps. My Extremas, Levinson amp, Concertos, CP-35, CD megachanger, all used when purchased. Several demo deals as well. It helps to do some smart buying.

Thanks Azeke. Well, I can't say the cable biz hasn't helped me a bit, it has. However, my system has been a work in progress for several years. Even before the cable biz of course.

For example, I had a Lexicon before I started CAT Cables. I had some Sonus faber before I started CAT. I've been upgrading with Lexicon's factory upgrade program ever since I got the DC-1. (2 times)

It's a series of upgrades really, although last year was an extreme year with Extremas, 336, 2 projectors, and MC-12 upgrade.

I won't lie to you though. I'm 9 grand in debt on my system currently. I guess that's why some call me the extreme, lol. Hell, I call myself the etreme. h: My system payment is 200.00 a month. Ouch.

Oh well, someday it will be paid for, in about 52 months if not before, lol.

I am curious about something though if you don`t mind me asking....why the Cable forum...You do own this HtGUIDE and it is running well so why another forum to almost compete this one?

I am curious because I am working on starting my own forum in the my world which is FIGURE SKATING and I am just curious...cause I am sure there is a reason for it...

The Cable forum really has nothing to do with my theater, so why ask here? but since you did, the reason is simple, if it ever takes off, I have a place to be the number 1 cable advertiser that's all about cables. What could be better and not have to pay like I do at another popular cable spot?
