After a long wait for this game to come out, I was alittle taken aback with the way the ending was, I thought it was going to be spectacular but it wasn't but still graphics was top-notch, my only complaints were the AI on the game, seems like Call of Duty and Far Cry were better in doing so.Let's wait and see if Half-Life 2 would do better. Most of the Doom games and Half-Life were played with my reliable VOODOO graphics card and it did pretty well, but with Doom 3 you might need to Oc your proc and upgrade your VC, to obtain maximum framerates, I ran my 980Xt with both Omega and Catalyst 4.9 switching around a bit and I found the Catalyst to be more stable with MAX settings.Up-coming games are now power and graphics hungry so the pace keeps changing. Back to Doom 3 about the ending, it would not rate pretty high like "Metal Gear and MSG-SOL" the best ending ever made in a game. :T

Seems the main players in the Performance graphics card game has dwindled down to a 2 horse race between Nvidia and ATI. Well it looks like somebody else is geared to do battle with the goliaths of the Video card market.

The only thing in the whole PC univerese that confuses the @#$! out of me is graphics cards. I just can't get my head around them, just too many out there.
So this leads to what i need help with, which is the right card for me? I'm after an AGP card to suit my MoBo that has a 8x/4x slot.... -
I think my PC build skills are slipping, been to long. AGP means it has the dedicated graphics slot, almost always the first slot on the mobo, and a longer slot than a PCI, right? I just want to make sure before I open this card I haven't bought something wrong.

I was amazed at the ending of Castle this season. One might wonder if they are going to be back again next year if you just watched the episode.
